It is not possible to guarantee the accuracy of colours shown. No responsibility can be made for different colours on individual guitars.
It is your responsibility to make sure you have ordered your preferred choice of model including upgrades, tone woods and adornments.

These online terms and Conditions of trading (‘terms’) apply to all contracts between you (the customer) and us (Patrick James Eggle Guitars Limited). These terms relate to all sales made on the website.
Please print these terms and conditions and retain for a copy for your records.
Any order placed on the website or as a result of viewing on the website will be taken as agreement to these terms and conditions.
The contract made by you on-line with us incorporates these terms, which shall prevail over any and all terms, proposed by you.
Making A Purchase
Guitars featured on the website will either be available direct or through a dealer. Please call or email with an enquiry. We’ll do our very best to help you.
Accessories are available direct from us and can be ordered over the phone using a debit or credit card.
We endeavour to display correct pricing and description at all times, Patrick James Eggle Guitars Limited reserves the right to refuse the sale of mis-described or mis-priced products. 'This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer'.
Delivery Schedule –
Goods are normally shipped within 1 day of your order (orders placed before 1pm will be sent out that evening). UK mainland Goods are shipped by Royal Mail first class (weekdays).
Guitars are shipped by UPS and are fully insured by us. In most cases they are delivered the following day. If you instrument has not arrived within 48hrs please call us to check status.

Potential Consequential Loss
Over 97% of orders are delivered on time and without difficulty. Unfortunately errors can occur, particularly with couriers and we will always do our best to rectify any problems. Unfortunately we cannot take any responsibility for the consequences of late arrival, non arrival or any other problems with your order. If you cannot accept this, please call us and we will cancel your order and give an immediate refund.
All our hand built guitars are supplied with care instructions when purchased new. Please refer to the care instructions supplied with all other items sold by Patrick James Eggle Guitars Limited.
The current day VAT cost is included in all prices shown on the website.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption in the software when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Your Security is vital to us.

Our returns policy is simple – Return any goods to us in an unused condition with all labelling attached within 7days for a full refund to our head office: Patrick James Eggle Guitars Limited, Unit 14, Mile Oak Industrial Estate, Oswestry, SY10 8GA. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the products and it is entirely your responsibility to ensure the safe keeping of the products whilst in your possession. If you require us to arrange the collection we will gladly arrange this for you and the cost of this will be set aside to the refund due.
You may also make returns in PERSON to any of our dealers without appointment but a receipt must be shown.
We do not refund special order items.
It is your responsibility to check your order confirmation for any errors prior to manufacture.
